It amazes me how many nut cases get teaching certifications when they know from nothing. 6 years to get a job teaching? That is stupid. I did in 3 years with a double major and top 3% of my class and I was and am a good teacher. Objective, informed, knowledgeable, keep my mouth shut on me and what I believe or don't, and get the students to use their brains. Educare means to draw out not dump in garbage or gigo. We stopped vetting applicants to teach many years ago, so now we have pedophiles, sexual deviates, brainless and knowledgeless people in front of the classroom. We didn't vet Obama either and see where that has gotten us. Teacher unions need to go along with other private and public unions because they have lowered standards
