We the people, meant Americans formed a Constitution that limited what our Gov Could do (but strengthened it over the existing Articles of Confederation)

They are endowed by their CREATOR with certain unalianable rights, correct?

That means he has the same free speech rights as everyone else and he is in a country where congress can make no law DENYING him that right.

Now he can be wrong, ignored, fired, shunned by the general public etc
