In general, TH posters meet these three criteria:

1) They ignore or explain away legitimate, scientifically demonstrated environmental challenges.

2) They refer to anyone who does understand those challenges and wants to address them as an "alarmist" or a "radical"

3) They see environmental regulation as nothing more than an unnecessary burden on business.

In other words, they are willfully ignorant, blinded by an absurd ideology, really stupid, or some combination of the three.

In general, progressives meet these three criteria:

1) They constantly try to legislate reality, ignoring the facts that don't fit their feel-good narratives. So when the reality of their climate policies shows that many will suffer needlessly, they lash out like children.

2) They refer to anyone that stays consistent with the scientific method a "denier" or worse.

3)They see the misery and suffering of large groups of people as necessary to further their agenda using legislation that is ultimately worthless to force their views on everyone else.

In other words, they are childish and petty and prefer to let their simplistic emotions dictate their thought process. Not very smart....

I'm sure you do know how much the truth hurts, but like children, you choose to ignore it and then demonize those presenting it.

After four long years of wreaking havoc on the economy and small businesses with job killing regulations in the name of environmental protection, EPA head Lisa Jackson is stepping down from her position. More about Jackson from the National Journal:

Jackson, the first black head of the EPA and the fourth woman to hold the job, has spent much of her tenure at the center of the energy and environment debate in Washington and was often criticized for the agency’s controversial Clean Air Act regulations.

The EPA during her tenure has undertaken several significant regulatory...
