For Dems, if it clears the Senate, then they can't lose: Either it passes the House and they've successfully screwed our country for good, or it doesn't pass the House and they use that against the GOP in the '14 midterms. If it dies in the Dem-controlled Senate, they lose big time; JUST like they did with gun control. We must DELUGE our senators demanding that they fight this thing tooth and nail!

Kay Hagan is VERY beatable in our state, which kicked Obama's derrière by 100K votes in '12 (after he won NC in '08 - the only swing state to do that!) and now controls the governor's office and state legislature for the first time since, oh, RECONSTRUCTION!
