Also please inform the eighth grader that if a platoon of German soldiers/sailors emerged from a U-boat off the Texas coast in 1943 and invaded Galveston and was caught setting explosives to blow up the port that they would have been treated as enemy combatants following the rules of WAR and not the Constitution. In the 8 plus years since 9/11, has anyone heard of anybody being stopped at airport security after having been discovered with some al-Qaida style bomb device. Ever? Even once?
