The majority of Americans, regardless of religion, are pro-choice and pro-gay rights. Unless the GOP stops trying to turn our nation into the Christian version of Saudi Arabia, they will continue to lose elections, until the Republican Party is completely irrelevant.

Agreed, William. Even in those numbers, the difference is often only a matter of what exceptions, if any, would be allowed.

Every election predictor was wrong, except one: Incumbents usually win.
