It is in the public interest to do away with public interest scholarships. In Fluke's case it is nothing more than subsidizing an idiot while she pursues her vendetta against the Catholic Church.

There is no need for a public policy regarding contraception. You want it - pay for it. Privately.

No need to address the facts Katie presented right? Jump right to the ad hominem attacks and then go through your day thinking you aren't a fool.

Nice job Katie. Santorum is an opportunist - the mirror image of Obama.he is neither principled not conservative. http://bullpasturechronicles.blogspot.com/2012/01/back-to-bench-rick.html
As ridiculous as your assertion is there is something in it for you to consider. When you support Obama in this you are supporting the right of the government to dictate what must, and what cannot, be covered in health insurance. You then will have no right to complain if your nightmare scenario came to pass and a future president were to ban birth control. This conflict can be eliminated and everyone's rights and conscience preserved simply by getting the government and the employer out of areas where they don't belong. Eliminate the business tax deduction for health care. Give it to the individual. Repeal ObamaCare. No problem. No fears. http://bullpasturechronicles.blogspot.com/2012/02/obama-says-chew-your-cud.html

Poor Rachel. So much hubris, so little brain. There is no authority for the government to be mandating what is and is not covered. There is no authority for it to regulate health care at all. The "right" solution is to get the government and the employer out of the way, give the deduction to the individual, and let them manage their health care the way they see fit. Anything else is just a tradeoff between control freaks.
Your health insurance is not your employers business either. End the employer tax deduction. Give it to the individual. Get the government out of health care. Problem solved.
The compromise is worse than the original rule. Everyone should be opposed to this heavy hand of government. http://bullpasturechronicles.blogspot.com/2012/02/obamas-contraception-compromise-is.html

The Bishops brought this on themselves with their support of ObamaCare. Now they need to see the light and fight and not get fooled by the "compromise." http://bullpasturechronicles.blogspot.com/2012/02/obamas-contraception-compromise-is.html http://bullpasturechronicles.blogspot.com/2012/02/hell-to-pay.html
