Turns out Sarah Palin called it right on Russia-Ukraine, and Romney wasn't lost in a 1980s foreign policy time warp after all. At least Neville Chamberlain was smart enough to put his ego on hold and bring Churchill into his cabinet once he finally realized he'd been had by Hitler. Not going to hold my breath waiting for similar rational behavior by Obama.
It's a safe bet that the most of these environazis who go on and on about "science" are the ones who were math-o-phobic in school, and who satisfied their science requirements by taking courses like Oceanography 100, where the term project consisted of writing a report on their visit to the local Aquarium.
So where are the usual liberal trolls rushing to Obama's defense on this thread?
That explains 2008, but I'm still scratching my head over 2012. I can see how he managed to hang on to the low information guvment dependents, but I didn't think the young were THAT gullible, and I would have thought the white guilt crowd had already done its penance. Benghazi alone -- never mind the other scandals -- would have been enough to sink any other president's re-election bid.
Sorry Michelle, Harry Reid says you made the whole thing up.

'Six Californias' Instead of One?

Just three reasons why Central California would NOT "instantly become the poorest state in the nation:" (1) Oil, (2) Agriculture and (3) Cattle. But of course a hack from the L.A. times couldn't be expected to know that, probably thinks his veggies just magically appear in the produce aisle.

Yes, as a matter of fact -- Loyal Dem is a regular satirist on TH
Of course, concepts like self-control, personal accountability and not having kids if you can't provide for them never enter into your thinking. Typical liberal.
". . . and allows them to look down on classes below them" Funny, whenever I read or hear terms like "redneck," "trailer trash," "hillbilly," "flyover country" and so forth, it is almost always coming from a liberal.
Actually, I've never had a problem with the proposition that climates change. My problems are with the ideas that (1) the Earth's present climate is ideal and we must preserve the status quo at all costs, and (2) the only way to do this is to revert back to a pre-industrial age. I've always felt that this is more about liberals who get offended at the sight of a mom taking the kids to soccer practice in an SUV.
Actually, this born, raised and come-of-age-during-the-Cold War conservative would love to work hand-in-hand with the Russians to eradicate Islamofascists on their borders and elsewhere. And I've been rooting for them to have a great Winter Olympics (except if they play the US Hockey team). Seems to me that it's Obama who's intent on bringing back the bad old days of one-up-manship and confrontation.
