So a person can't even have a can of mace for protection either? Well,there is something you can carry that is not mace - Flying Insect Killer (Wasp killer) . Doesn't cause long lasting harm-Definently incapacitates a bad guy-and has a longer spray range than mace. That should take care of the 'no mace' situation. Of course a CCL is the best but you do what ya can...
