Just wait until new fuels enter the into Markets with its destructive octanes wrecking havoc on combustion engines. So, if Cash for clunkers don't work, create a fuel to kill off the entire clunker market, thereby, forcing poor people to take out a second mortgage to buy a GD'd spanking New EPA regulated 100k dollar Teskar. I am going to go be ill now--enough News for today; just bring the pain already.
