What is at the Heart of this regulation? Nations, who are duly appointed as managers and regulators, need a Law to stop Vampyre Capitalists? Does this mean that inside an entire Continent there is 'No one' capable of stemming Venture Capitalists or Hedge Fund aggressors from having a field day of profits on the backs of the Country in Limbo? --including the US's n us? Really, maybe .gov should take a permant vacation? John Lennon "Imagined" the World with No Religion.. I propose that ".gov"--all forms..ie Tyranny, Democracy, Autocracy, Theocracy, Dictators, Republic, Socialists, and Pinko-Communists--are New religions of convenience. So, without ".gov",in Lennon speak,"Imagine" just letting the Sporebux n Bottlecaps sprinkle where n when!
