There is a lack of honesty here. This issue is about lust. It is about one man lusting to place his _____ in another man's _____, or one woman wanting to do whatever they do to another woman. Is it any of my business what one person does in private? No, but when homosexual activists use Hollywood and the MSM to promote it, to control the language about it, and to insist that my speaking out against it impinges on their civil rights, I have a problem with that. I might add, that I find that a straight person that cheating on their spouse is wrong. Is it any of my business how someone else manages their marital affairs. No, but if Hollywood presents it as morally acceptable or public schools teach my children that "extramarital sex...

What we need to do is reduce the size of government by laying off most civil service workers and privatizing most of the jobs. We need to reduce the military budget and personnel by 50% and concentrate on protecting our own borders instead of engaging in nation building and serving as the world policeman. Eliminate the postal service and contract the work out to a private enterprise. Stop the fraud in billings in the health care industry and pharmaceutical industry. Eliminate food stamp programs and feed the hungry by providing a national food bank system that supplies people with home grown basic food goods. Stop subsidizing multinational corporations that offshore U.S. jobs to China and S.E. Asia. States and local governments must...

A Nation of Peasants?

I respect people who "earn" their wealth through diligence, hard work, innovation, perseverance, and sacrifice. Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, Bill Gates. Such people are extremely high, positive contributors to society. But those that are simply born into a family of wealth, with all of the advantages that wealth and privilege can bestow, do not necessarily command the same consideration or respect. They might or might not. You simply can say x is rich therefore he or she deserves great respect. It depends. What society needs to do is insure that they provide an environment for creating entrepreneurs and innovators to become the next Bill Gates. Recently the CEO (I believe) of Hewlett Packard was discharged for hiring a porno star to...
I have a question. I see you post comments all over TH defending "Bawney Fwank". You wouldn't happen to be that young male prostitute that he was bedding a few years back would you? Yeah, that probably explains it. Evidently your the one who assumes the position, right?
I told you before the amendment required 2/3 majority. Can't you read bubble head. Repeat: And you are saying the Democrats were screaming at the top of their lungs of the dangers presented by the sub-prime mortgage problems prior to the collapse of Lehman Bros.. As I understand it, amendments to address the sub-prime crisis required a 2/3 majority, bubble head. Quit embarrassing yourself by demonstrating your ignorance of the events that led to the crisis and who was chiefly responsible.
I can repost again too. Here goes. That's the liberal's long suit isn't it. Accusations based on partial truths. You just love to point the "righteous finger". And those you point your finger at are usually "damned if they do and damned if they don't". Please consider, I am not defending "tax and spend" big business Republicans, however implementing a program to extend home ownership to minorities did not cause the financial crisis. In fact, it was an attempt to reach out to and assist the minority community. For years the liberals in this country sited statistics related to home ownership as proof of their charges that conservatives were "racists". No, what caused the financial collapse was the refusal to perform the necessary due...
"Massachusetts ballot question this year as to whether or not the state should reduce sales taxes from 6.25 percent to 3 percent." This has the politicians and public union members running for cover. If this is passed in liberal Mass, get ready for the fireworks.
