I have found that neither God nor death panels exist. When you ask a Repub to give you proof of either one they always come up empty. The last time I asked for the citation in HR 3200 I was told that it wasn't in there, but it was in HR 1, section 804. Well, when you research HR 1 you have to go back to the Repubs and explain to them that that bill has already been passed and is called Public Law 111-5. Then you have to spend hours explaining to them how a Public Law is passed.
