2. Allow business to risk pool to further reduce insurance costs.
3. Repeal the 1996 federal laws that mandate
"must-do" and "can't-do" handcuffs for insurers and physicians alike.

At least Hitler realized the virtue of raw military power and ignored the Versaille Treaty to build the most modern and potent military force in Europe right under the whining noses of the the French and British.
