First, there definitely needs to be tort reform to cap attorney fees! Yes, in cases like these, they do take the risk and front the costs, but how much profit do they need? Why are none of our politicians pointing to the outrageous compensation that partners of these big law firms receive? Because they are all lawyers! And don't come back with that crap that they have to offset the cases that they lose!
