The truly, deeply frightening part is that 60% of Americans are so immeasurably ignorant that they actually believe Obama's culture-war crap.

Who were they polling and how was the question worded?

Thank you. That was the line I was thinking along but couldn't quite place the words.

And the other 40% are so immeasurably ignorant that they actually believe that trickle down economics work. You have eight years of the Bush administration to look at. Want to repeat that?

Record revenues were realized under Bush. And we never had an unemployment rate of even 7%, let alone 10%.

Compared to the Obama economy the Bush economy was boom.

The bleeding started under the Bush administration - before Obama even took office. The 10% unemployment was a direct result of the housing crisis (again under Bush) and the financial meltdown (under Bush again)

All except 9-11. That was extremely gut wrenching.

Average unemployment under GW Bush for 8 years.....was 5.7 percent. Our debt to GDP has skyrocketed under Obama and is scheduled to go off the track because of Obama.....

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_the_United_States_public_debt

When GW Bush left office...our debt was 10.7 trillion dollars....and we now owe 15.6 trillion.....Obama has add almost 5 trillion dollars in 3.5 years.

Yea you liberals should be so ever proud of the FAILURE IN CHIEF....OBAMA.....

WE WILL END THE OBAMA ERROR IN NOVEMBER 2012!!!!

You really are delusional....you should REALLY look up your facts....

Have you been deemed a dumbmass by the Dems. Why don't you read a book. One of Milton Friedman's a basic book on what the free market is. That way you won't spend the rest of your life being one of the Democrat's dumbmasses.

"The bleeding started under the Bush administration..."

That's not the question you asked. You asked if we want to go back to that. The answer is obviously yes. BTW - The revenues in Bush's last years were 10% higher than Clinton's BEST year.

The housing crash belongs entirely to the Democrats. They own it lock, stock, and barrel. The only thing Bush was at fault for in the housing crash was restraining himself to the powers vested in the President by the Constitution and subsequent legislation and thus not shutting down subprime loans by an abuse of his authority.

You really don't know squat, do you?

For weeks President Obama has traveled the country delivering speech after speech asserting that if implemented, the so-called “Buffett Rule” would “stabilize” our national debt over the next ten years. In reality, however, it would do almost nothing to solve our lingering budget woes or pay off our national debt. Nevertheless, his unrelenting tax-the-rich mantra seems to be resonating with voters. According to the latest Gallup poll, 6 in 10 Americans support the Buffett rule – named for billionaire investor Warren Buffett – a policy that would impose a 30...
