There has never been a documented example of capital punishment administered to an innocent American by any state.
Of course you never have to worry about such a thing happening in your state of New York. Maurice Clemons could kill 400 police officers and NOT get the death penalty in blessed Cuomo-land.
He would, however, get life without parole.
