RACE OF DEFENDANTS EXECUTED IN THE U.S. SINCE 1976 BLACK.....452....35% LATINO....102....7% now....what about those privileged whites? WHITE.......743.............56% I told you that you would lose this argument VAL

Argument is not about white on white crime. Its about interracial crime. Cite the stats of white on black crimes as compared to black on white crimes.

How can their be racial bias on white on white crime? Geez do we really need to explain that?

Do you think population numbers might explain number disparity. More white people then black???

Wait a minute. now you're moving the bar again?

Do I need to go back and cite your original racist claims?
brimley Wrote: Jan 22, 2013 4:21 PM
perhaps the numbers wouldn't please you because they don't back up you mindset that whites kill black indiscriminately
brimley Wrote: Jan 22, 2013 4:22 PM
then, why to blacks commit over 50% of the crimes?
rauljg69 Wrote: Jan 22, 2013 4:32 PM
its not about the total numbers. I am not defending black crime. Any crime by anybody needs to be punished. We are talking about bias. IS there not a bias when the victim is white? Do white offenders get the death penalty as much as black offenders when the victim is white?
brimley Wrote: Jan 22, 2013 4:39 PM
obviously not, since STATISTIC can't even come close to bscking up at false assertion

use google I am not researching the obvious for you. You can take your time to rebutt every single study on your own.

"In 82% of the studies [reviewed], race of the victim was found to influence the likelihood of being charged with capital murder or receiving the death penalty, i.e., those who murdered whites were found more likely to be sentenced to death than those who murdered blacks."

I guess the GAO was wrong in 1990, since nothing in the statistics back that up

I cite current statistic from an anti death penalty site, and you get stuck on an OPINION by the GAO which got its info from studies commissioned by the anti-death penalty Democrat Congress.

Keep it up. this is easy picking
brimley Wrote: Jan 22, 2013 4:18 PM
which is an anti-death penalty site.

they threw in a 20 year old OPINION by the GAO to keeep you racist bedwetters happy.

Too bad their own STATISTICS don't prove that out in any way, shape, or form

Today marks the 40th anniversary of the Supreme Court's Roe v. Wade decision. Since that day, generations of Americans have been lost to abortion. The number of lives cut short? 55,000,000. In order to recognize the anniversary, The Susan B. Anthony list has released a powerful video featuring prominent pro-life leaders and abortion survivors to "reclaim the human center of the abortion debate." The entire thing is worth your time.

Although today marks a dark day in history, there is hope for the future. The youth in the pro-choice movement...
