Maybe, Marc, you should actually read the Obamacare decision. Or is doing a little research and learning some actual facts too much work? The decision CLEARLY states -- rightly or wrongly -- that the tax was legally enacted by Congress. NOT that Obama had any power or authority to impose a tax by imperial fiat.

Right now the United Nations is meeting and negotiating in New York City.
