There is compelling evidence that Mann and the institution that employs him knowingly misapplied public funds received under the terms of their grant contract. They spent grant money to promote a program of political propaganda, rather than on the honest scientific research for which they were hired in trust.

The state attorney general has every right, and certainly the legal duty, to investigate the facts and prosecute Mann, his colleagues, and university administrators as implicated in this major conspiracy.

It's about time such arrogant elitists were held accountable to the public for their offensive depredations. They are crooks, and justice demands that they suffer the consequences of their criminal activity like...
