Terry, you've been suckered by a particular bit of O-prestidigitation. Whether the bill is available for 72 hours before He signs it is almost irrelevant. It needs to be before it is voted on by Congress. The Pres' signature is not needed; the allowed 10-day period after passage is for vetoes. Failing a veto, the bill then becomes law regardless of the presence of His signature on it.
Representative Joe Wilson came under fire for his "You lie!" outburst during President Obama's address on healthcare reform to a joint session of Congress. Although he has apologized for the remark, could it be that Wilson, like a growing number of Americans, continues to be concerned that an unworkable and expensive healthcare plan is being pushed through the halls of Congress at breakneck speed.

A fawning media continues to call any doubts or counter charges against proposed changes as "myths" that "distort" the "planned changes." When problems are acknowledged, the administration contends and the media accepts that the president hasn't...
