Judicial Betrayal

Again, as if Liberals/Progressives aren't ideological. Dr Sowell is coming from the perspective of what this country was founded on... the Constitution. If you go back and read much of the Federalist Papers, you would see that what the anti-federalists feared is exactly what is happening to this country for over the last hundred years... we have strayed from the Constitutions limits of Federal government; it is sad.

If their allowed to defend themselves it may prove that carrying a weapon CAN save lives; they don't want that! That would undermine their plan on gun control.

Yep, there is nothing "affordable" about it. Many people that think they will benefit from it are naive. How do they think that a "tax" of $700 will cover "children" that are 22-25 years old; it won't. Insurance premiums were expensive, now they will be UN-AFFORDABLE to even more people... and/or health insurance companies will go out of business and all we will have left is government provided health care... which is the end game for the progressive traitors.

IF justice Roberts opinion is that Obamacare IS constitutional (due to being a tax??) than he is obligated to vote on that opinion; not whether he agrees with the bill/law. His ideology is not what should guide him, the constitution is. I don't agree with Obamacare and I hope we elect Mitt and get a Republican majority in both houses so Obamacare can be repealed. The precedent for the size and power that our federal government now has started over a hundred years ago, IMO it is sad that many Americans can't realize the potential for tyranny that WE are creating.

Justice Roberts may have done his job correctly. IF his opinion is that Obamcare is constitutional than he should uphold it and not reflect his ideology... I disagree with the idea of Obamcare and don't think the Federal government should have a role to this degree but we let our Federal government get to this size and power starting over a hundred years ago.

I guess I missed where I "lied", how about elaborating a little on that. Is our POTUS enforcing the law in AZ? One of the biggest problems with Mexico is that they are not a nation built on rule of law; they are corrupt worse than most nations because of that and their culture has no respect for the rule of law. Obama has no respect for the US Constitution; he MIGHT be a "scholar" of it, that only makes him more dangerous to our Republic.

Yes, really. Everything is relative, I see you have no argument for others that DO claim to be "objective"... look it up, MRC does not claim to be objective and obviously neither does Townhall. I already covered networks that claim to be objective.

Do you understand who/what the Media Research Center is? Or that Townhall.com is a conservative site? Unlike the network news that claims to be objective with objective "journalists", MRC/Brent Bozell or Townhall do not claim to be objective.
