This article and the ensuing debate reminds me of a statement by Senator Orrin Hatch made during the Obamacare debate. He was lamenting the fact that Obamacare had zero GOP support and was therefore completely partisan. He then remarked that it was so unlike the ADA, where both sides got together to pass this important legislation. Thank you Orrin - another career politician who is more interested in re-election than in the express language of the US Constitution. With friends like Senator Hatch, who needs enemies?
