I was raised in a Republican house. I am still very conservative in my politics and I lament the fact we may never see another president like Dutch. I was never a fervent fan of W., but I liked him and I believe he really wanted something good for America. But after watching what's been going on for the last four years, even I miss Bubba. For all his personal and political flaws, I'd take him over what we have now any day.

Barack Obama had a choice: he could put her on the ticket as his vice presidential nominee, thereby healing the rift that had torn apart the Democratic Party or he could go another direction. He chose Joe Biden over Clinton -- a move for which comics everywhere will forever thank him -- and relegated Clinton to a figurehead secretary of state.
