So, Obama and the rest of the thinking western world believe it is important to have a living will in order that you can determine that your wishes are followed should you no longer be able to do so for yourself. Therefore, he is willing to let you suffer with back pain or choose assisted suicide to save money? I guess that makes sense ;-0.

If Obama wants you to make a decision for yourself one option could be to take every medical precaution to keep me alive, could it not? Would Obama tell you to make decisions for yourself not based on conscience but rather based on cost? Is it likely?

Is there not a financial motivation for the government to be doing these same things now? Medicare is government run for end of life...

With "controlling costs" a primary goal of Obamacare, and half of all medical costs coming in the last six months of life, "rationed care" takes on a new meaning for us all.
