You will not find a lot of liberals praising the TARP. You will find some people who are paying attention all over the political spectrum who have a clue as to what we are up against, and recognized the need to do something. It is no accident that both Presidential candidates agreed with the decision as did the current administration. The alternatives were catastrophic failures. There really wasn't any alternative that made sense. You won't find a great number of Liberals who are happy with the budget either. It sucks. The alternatives are far worse. Anyone who denies this is not really a serious person in the debate.
