As I've stated MANY times on this board but am happy to repeat for YOUR edification, Polanski committed a crime - throw the bum in jail.
As for Letterman, that is an issue between him, his wife & employer. It is not MY concern as he does NOT work for me NOR I for him. There is no crime defined at this point except for the blackmail.
