In the same time frame, a lunatic killed a late term abortion doctor inside a church, which I guess makes him a Christian, although I know as a Catholic, you're not really sposed to kill people in Church.
So there's your equivalence, 40,000 deaths vs 1 death. By that standards the Jews and the Nazis are also equivalent because after all, Jewish inmates did kill a few hundred SS guards upon being liberated from their "interment" camps, all in violation of the SS guards Constitutinally protected rights.
