Media Blows Climate Change Story

For those who weren't aware of it, the Obama EPA had informed Congress that if they fail to pass a cap and tax bill that is sufficiently draconian to suit the Mugabe err I mean Obama administration, the EPA will impose regulations that it knows will hurt businesses in this country. Folks there is a reason why the Obama administration wants this to come out of Congress instead of the EPA. IF the composition of the Congress changes sufficiently, they can withhold funding, limit jurisdiction or even eliminate the EPA. However it would take much longer for them to repeal legislation.
