Agreed - And it should be voluntary among the staff, not compulsory. It should be publicized that the staff MAY be armed, but NOT how many, and not who. The Independent School District in Texas is doing it right. One student interviewed there said he had actually forgotten the adults in his school might be carrying. I bet if he had ever considered attacking the school, he'd have remembered it.
