Does anyone agree with Mr. Reagan, that George W. could or would have helped Romney get more votes (at all) let alone enough to tip the election? I know that the other side swoons over Bill Clinton, (who my wife jokingly calls "the Democrat's War on women"), but I don't see G.W. having the same kind of coat-tails for republicans. Bush 43 made a lot of mistakes as President, but one of the worst was nearly never defending himself and his decisions against the established media. Now, the left and their friends in the news organizations have succeeded in putting G.W. on the 'anti-Rushmore', a mythical monument reserved for the worst men in history, like Nixon, Hitler, and the Devil himself.

You nail it! If he had vetoed more than 2 bills he might have had a better presidency. Why they never defended themselves is a total mystery.
Democrats have been blaming George W. Bush for the last four years.

Now I think it's time for Republicans to start blaming George W. for the next four years.

For a week we've been pinning last week's debacle on everything from Mitt Romney's moderation to low Republican turnout.

But the most important Republican who didn't turn out to support Romney this fall was George W. Bush.
