What is amazing to me is that there is anyone who doesn't support this legislation. With Colorado making recreational use legal, there is little that can be done to fight this at the federal level. While I have no interest in smoking it myself, I don't care much if people do. People have a right to be stupid, let them do it.

While I wouldn't encourage sniffing glue, glue not a controlled substance. Federally, it is perfectly legal to sniff glue though there might be some states that say differently.
