I worked all my life to get a death sentence and I know exactly what Hengler is reporting. I can't even get a Handicapped tag because I ride a motorcycle exclusively and get rides from friends when there is inclement weather. I have to park wherever I can. And, when my friends take me somewhere, it is the same problem. I can tell you this however, that I do see this type of thing when I go to Wal-Mart, which has a vast parking lot to begin with. There is no enforcement from the police or the stores themselves. I overheard one young woman tell her friend that she uses her mothers tag!
