If this is true, then since all businesses have access to these things, why do some businesses fail? Can these failures be blamed on the roads, financial system, schools, fire-fighters, law-enforcement, and accounting standards? Or is the success and failures attributed to the business owners themselves? By your standard, every business should be a success because everyone has the same access to these things. Of course, we know that isn't the case.
