This may be a problem on your planet but not Earth. Our population IS ALREADY growing rapidly due to the immigration policy already in place. Eventually the population has to stabilize, otherwise it is simply Ponzi Demographics and it leads to oblivion.

It is idiotic to flood the country with tens of millions of immigrants on the possibility that a few decades from now we might need the labor. If we ever actually have a labor shortage, we can let in more foreign workers then. In the meantime, bringing in tens of millions of people so they can go on welfare and vote for Democrats is insanity.

The way to reach out to Latino Americans is to let them know that we will not bring in a foreign worker to replace them like the Democrats would.
