For years I read about "cowboy diplomacy" and its pluses and minuses. Now I read about "appeasement". Kind of a "big stick" and "speak softly" contrast. What I look for is a response that will work now and into the future. Vitriol, even well-informed, provides the wrong inspiration to enemies and friends. Nobody beats the United States unless we give them the sword. Folks claiming GWB was or BHO is an illegitimate President did/does little to further our country's goals. And the puerile name-calling from right and left, I guess some people need to vent, because only a deluded Citizen would ever seriously consider an armed response to their lawfully elected government. Unless they're "special".

In the words of Dr. Phil, “How's that working out for you?” Someone in President Obama's inner circle of advisors needs to ask the president that question and soon. In the wake of a new immigration policy debacle, and yet another homeland security collapse, how's that policy of appeasement of Islam working out for you? In Barack Obama, we are witnessing the second coming, not of Christ, but of Neville Chamberlain himself, the embodiment of appeasement.
