Only rabble need laws to control them. Artists must be free to do as they will. Roman did what he wanted to do and the victim is even happy, not that it matters. She got a few bucks and maybe free movie passes for a year.

We have no royalty to look uo to. Only Hollwood. However, I can't help thinking that if the victim was my daughter, Roman would not have made it to the courthouse to plead to SR.

I am delighted by the Roman Polanski controversy. Don't get me wrong: I am horrified and disgusted by what the acclaimed director did -- and admitted to -- but there is an upside.
