Well if Obama lies under oath he does have one thing going for him. He won't have his law license taken from him because he already surrended it for "lying" under oath on his law license application, which by the way, is a felony. He answered "No" to the question "Have you ever been known by any other name or alias(es)? Then the Bar Association discovered that he was "Barry Soetaro" at an early age. The Bar said an investigation in his background would be required to ensure no other names or aliases have been used. At the thought of "investigation" by an eminently well qualified investigative agency - the Bar Association, in 2008 and leading up to the elections - he decided to surrender his license and call it a day.
