Details aside, you either accept the justice of Israel's cause or you don't. Either the Jews have a right to their ancestral homeland, or they don't. It all boils down to that simple reality. Since it involves what is just and right, it involves good and evil. I would say, yes, any "religion" that teaches what is written in the Koran is, by definition, evil. And it is the responsibility of good people to fight evil at all times, anywhere it may be found. Otherwise, evil will triumph, since evil always fights against good.

Take the war between Israel and Hamas that is taking place right now.

This war is as morally clear as wars get. Hamas is a terrorist organization dedicated to annihilating the Jewish state. It runs a theocratic totalitarian state in Gaza, with no individual liberty and no freedom of speech or press. In a nutshell, Hamas is a violent, fascist organization.
