Coward? The cowards in this country are those who commit or condone voter fraud. Voter fraud should be investigated even if there is only a shred of evidence of its existence and if proven, the traitors prosecuted. Colonel West has fought (literally) for his right to an honest election. The travesty is that he should have to hire a lawyer to obtain justice.

Voter fraud is a crime against every law abiding citized in the country. It is a crime against the Constitution. It should be treated as TREASON. It should be prosecuted vehemently irrespective of the party of the traitor(s).

To be fair, how about telling us what he was against as well. Also, perhaps you can enlighten everyone on the characteristics of the bills that he was able to ameliorate before he voted for them.

Anyone want venture a guess of the cost to "give away" this tax payer money? I would bet that the useless or near useless government agencies and their bloated union payrolls make the $98 billion pale in comparison. I have a piece of property that is regulated by the USDA, NRCS and the COE, and, if recent proposed legislation is passsed, the EPA because it happens to have a portion that "might" be a wetlands, even though it is man created .. This alphabet soup has devastated the concept of property rights and created a staggering volume of regulations, redundancy and waste.

No that is not what I am saying; read the history and then come back and comment.

You do not need the Bible to lell you that institutionalizing an un-natural sexual practices lead to distruction. Check out history and you will find that societies that ignored or approved of unatural sexual relations or permiscuous sexual encounters, eventually self-distructed.
The concept of precedence is a time tested, but not infallible. The Constitution is designed to overcome specious decisions such as the 1942 Wickard v. Filburn case through the use of the amendment process. Obviously, the legislative and executive branches have endorsed the corruption of the Commerce Clause ever since 1942 because it is candy jar for their incumbency protection system of spoils. We the people, like the pre-PETA "frog in the pot experiment" have ignored the gradual diminishment and dilution of our liberties under the Constitution .The greed and corruption of those who accept bribes paid by other people's money has led us to the same precipice over which many others have gone throughout history.
You go to the head of the class. Our governments at every level have focused on creating dependency to justify their bloated bureaucracies. The massive mess we have was created by the dependency pimps. More of the same is not the solution. Human nature has not changed since the cave man. Greed and envy is just as prevalent in the "so called" poor as in the "rich." Our Founding fathers understood that and designed a constitution that protected rights and allowed people to create their own success. They also believed in a moral code that held that neighbors in need were the responsiblity of those who could help, not the government. Repeal the 16th amendment and let neighbor help each other. That is the only magic bullet.
