I did some volunteer work in flooded Little Ferry and Moonachie this weekend. The 1st day, I worked with a group that came up from No Carolina called SAMARITANS PURSE. A Christian group. Day 2, I was assigned some work from a flooded Catholic Church. They sent us to homeowners to move out flooded appliances and such. I saw College Kids from Ramapo College,worked with other people that came from their CHURCH. FEMA was nowhere to be seen, No IRS was nowhere, No Red Cross, No Salvation Army, No National Guard.. Just Churches and individual volunteers, just the way it used to be and always will be.Neighbors helping neighbors. BIG GOVt a No Show

The jig is up. The news is out. Pastors across America have called the left’s bluff. The empty words “separation of church and state” – a phrase found nowhere in the U.S. Constitution – have lost their sting.

Yes, “separation” still applies, but only insofar as it requires the state to remain separate from the church. That is to say, that government not interfere with the free exercise of either speech or religion.
