Isn't one of the main arguments that gays make for granting them "marriage" is that they make just as good parents as traditional mates do?

This is not exactly a case in point, is it?

How Much is That Clunker In the Window?

I'm an example. I bought a '92 Saab in October and a '94 Volvo in January, and the cost of both cars and needed repairs combined didn't exceed $4000. Two cars for less than the taxpayer subsidy, and I have no payments to make on either one. Oh, and each gets at least 26 miles per gallon.

If I'd gotten a new car with a clunker trade-in, I'd have taken money out of my neighbor's pocket and been saddled with a loan of at least $10K, for each car. How many other good things can I do for myself and the economy with the money I didn't borrow to buy cars?
