illegal immigration is another way of redistributing wealth for liberals while locking up a voting bloc to retain power. if they really helped those who came here, their lives would improve and not be on government dependency. too bad the dependents can't figure it out that they go nowhere.

Impoverished immigrants made this country great during the late 19th and early 20th Centuries. We should make it easier for Mexicans to enter legally. It is ironic that we give the illegal aliens welfare, medicaid etc. instead of a bus ride south. Viva la revolucion.

So your solution is to deport 10 million people? That's impractical, and not something that admits our inherent fault in this problem, but casts all the blame on the immigrant community.

Think about it, if you had a 2- year old child, and you lived in a small village in Mexico and were faced with the choice of either waiting 15-20 years for your legal spot to come available, or taking your child and crossing the border, and living with family under the radar knowing that your child will receive an education in U.S. schools and have a chance at a life he or she could only dream of if they were coming as a 20 year old uneducated immigrant, albeit a legal one, then what choice would you make? To me, and to many people, the answer is clear.

THEIR motivations to break myriad laws here are IRRELEVANT! You are simply saying that their ends justify their means!

But this is NOT their country! A nation which ceases to control its borders soon ceases to be a nation.

And besides, there are mega-millions of poor Asians who would gladly come here LEGALLY, but it is not a walk away.

I apologize to America's young people, whose dashed dreams and dim employment prospects I had laughed at, believing these to be a direct result of their voting for Obama.

On closer examination, it turns out that young voters, aged 18-29, overwhelmingly supported Romney. But only the white ones.

According to Pew Research, 54 percent of white voters under 30 voted for Romney and only 41 percent for Obama. That's the same percentage Reagan got from the entire white population in 1980. Even the Lena Dunham demographic -- white women under 30 -- slightly favored Romney.

Reagan got...
