Landslide! Nice to see that Americans can step up when our country's future is on the line. I'm hoping the republicans will start to participate in the recovery, but, as the Democrats have shown, they can bring the country back by themselves if they have to.
Great day for America - we're on a good track and Romney would have been a disaster. Republicans can't hope to win when their appeal is limited to white males.
This effectively points out the difference between Democrats and Republicans. Democrats encourage voting while Republicans suppress voting. Interesting dropping by this site. Every other news, information and opinion source shows Obama surging while Romney implodes. You read the "news" here and it actually sounds like Romney is a viable candidate. Sad. Please people, venture outside and get a dose of reality.
Thanks for the tax summary - that should fool about 31 people (or however many clowns are regulars on this site). Why not just do what every other candidate does - release your actual tax returns. No wonder every move mitt makes results in higher poll number for Obama.
Doesn't this end Romney's candidacy on two counts? 1st, he said: "If I had paid more than are legally due I don't think I'd be qualified to become president." He has now revealed that he paid more than he legally owed. 2nd, he actually (unbelievably) went ahead and did this after having said it. Perhaps the biggest moron with the worst campaign advisers ever?
Really, how stupid do you have to be to say "If I had paid more than are legally due I don't think I'd be qualified to become president.", and then go ahead and pay more than you legally owe. Does he have some sort of head injury?
Romney told ABC News in July: "If I had paid more than are legally due I don't think I'd be qualified to become president." game over mittens - doesn't he realize that in this modern era it's not hard to dig up what you've said before?

Looks like Romney stepped up and actually paid more taxes than he was legally required! Oh, wait, what was that he said earlier in the year: Romney told ABC News in July: "If I had paid more than are legally due I don't think I'd be qualified to become president." Yet another example of why he's not qualified to be president - this time in his own words and actions

Hard to cull through all the 2nd grade grammar on this site. So, how are folks defining redistribution? Using tax dollars to subsidize oil companies? Letting billionaires pay lower taxes than firefighters? Having presidential candidates redistribute their wealth from the U.S. to the Cayman Islands? Redistributing vulture capital gains to a Swiss bank account?

Redistribution? You mean, like, people pay taxes and it gets redistributed into programs that fund roads, schools, military, health care and stuff like that? Crazy.
