In honor of being broke, the government BORROWS trillions of dollars, takes a huge cut out for itself, state governments and unions, then gives some of it to the citizens. And this was supposed to improve the economy ? Look around, the evidence is pretty obvious that the left liberal plan was an abject failure, and has left millions of people unemployed, losing their homes, and living on the dole.
