Non-Apprenticable Unions, only provide protection from employers and wage cuts... THESE do nothing positive for America... Typically WE are the employer, and we can't fire the incompetant because of the Union. We also can't control their wages because of the Union... NOTHING POSITIVE.... Union or not Teachers are simply college trained, then they go to work hitting and missing with our kids... Desk jockeys, like in our government are the same thing... Police SHOULD be properly apprenticed, but they are not, so their Union is a drain. Bottom line, SOME Unions are vital, some need to be fixed, and some need to be eliminated, you can't put them all into one basket and think everything will be fine.
