Take the lid off, release the pressure, the temp drops. Even before the CO2 escapes. Between Ideal Gas Law and Boyle's law, no warming is technically possible, sans some further mechanism of heat retention. The atmosphere would simply expand in accordance with the original temp and pressure. Of course; gravity would tend to serve as a lid, to a lesser degree of effectiveness than the one on the bottle, so now we have multiple physical process' interacting.
