Fringe, you've got to be from the Middle East. Either that or you're just a total moron.

Guns Save Lives

Vonryanexpress is absolutely right. Liberals are colossally and stunningly ignorant when it comes to guns. I wrote an article once entitled Liberal Surface Speak. The gist of it was that libs only have to hear one line of somethig that supports their emotional feel good opinion, such as a vaccuous statement like "guns kill." There is never anything beyond that, no facts, no reason, just those two words from whence they will try to build a silly argument. On two occasions during a period when I ran a very nice restaurant located in a not very nice section of town, I was forced to defend myself/family. Once was against a dozen thugs who were terrorizing my nephew. I never had to fire because once I raised the gun above my head I thought...

The Latest Thievery: Best Friends

Bob 438 Wrote: Jun 23, 2010 2:42 PM
When I was a kid I was best buddies with a kid that went to special school . He was of course labeled a dummy (he wasn't) by all the kids who attended "traditional" school. Both my brothers were into baseball, football, etc, Since Jack and I lived between the bay and ocean we were always more interested in those bodies of water. We fished, crabbed, swam, explored, rode horses. He was the only friend with whom I had intersts in common. Later, I did become interested in the more popular sports, but I wonder what my boyhood would have been like without my friend Jack.

Sidebar: Sarah Palin's Road Show

Bob 438 Wrote: Feb 24, 2010 2:39 PM
To Sarah,
if that's your real name. Sarah Palin does not use the name "Rogue" in her book in the form of a noun, but rather as an adj. It's a shame you would never take the time to read her book, because I know that would smack of too much objectivity on your part. Her book title came from her disagreement with Republican R.I.N.O.'s. who are only slightly less disengenuous than Liberals. Do the name John McCain ring a bell? So yes. Sarah does fit the "Rogue" name...as in "Renegade"

Rogue: adj.
no longer obedient, belonging, or accepted and hence not controllable or answerable; deviating, renegade:

Now, the definition you ascribed to Sarah could not more aptly apply to anyone more than Barrack Hussein MAObama, umm,...
These politicians aka criminals are like a once highly successful and rich celebrity who through poor management has blown all their wealth. Does this celebrity then try and live within his means? No, he's so use to having it all, he keeps trying to live in the past by pretending things are still as they once were.
This is our bloated Federal Government on its out of control spending spree. The difference is that they'll keep feeding at our (the taxpayers) trough until the day it runs dry and we all become that broken down celebrity. However, in this case we will not even have had a say in the matter as to how our money was spent. Because Congress is referred to as a body we don't think of them as individuals, for if we did the...

Palin for President: Not Just Yet

Bob 438 Wrote: Feb 15, 2010 11:57 AM
So instead of electing another Obama, we should elect another McCain, Romney, Pawlenty, Huckabee etc. These guys are just rhino's as was/is McCain. One of the characteristics so lacking in the vast majority of politicians is possessing a set of cojones. They're just so damned anxious falling all over themselves trying to get to the other side of the aisle to appease the disgusting and disingenuous Pelosi's and Reid's. Reagan was the last Pres. to demonstrate having a big pair. He paid no attention to the evil left and in the immortal paraphrased lyrics of Frank, He did it his way. Sarah has what these guy's lack and proved it time and again in Alaska, and is still proving it. Plus she is smart and sharp and her instincts and common...

John Murtha: Requiem for a Corruptocrat

Bob 438 Wrote: Feb 12, 2010 2:54 PM
I started to write a satiracle paraphrased version of Ding dong the witch is dead, which started out Ding dong the Murtha's dead, wicked John, sicko John, Ding dong the wicked Murth's dead. But then I decided to not finish it. Was this because of a sudden attack of conscience? Not at all, it was because I realized what a waste of time it would be to spend on this fat POS. The only chance we had to get rid of him was in a rubber bag (notice I didn't use the words "body bag," that's reserved for real heros) and thankfully that finally happened. Good riddence scum.
Retire Geek,
