In the 1950s I was stationed in Spain in the USAF, accompanied by my wife. When our daughter was born in te base hospital she had dual citizenship. American by virture of being born to two US citizens and Spanish by being born in Spain. I know of other service friends who had dual-citizenship chldren that were born while thier parentsere residing in France, so there aret two European countries that grant citizenship to children of aliens residing within the country.

What does this have to do with anything under discussion, or is this some liberal's idea if debate???
