Nah! James Buchanan holds that title, Carter has always been second worst. It's really hard to top handing a nation divided by civil war over to your successor. Carter was just an incompetent nincompoop (hope I spelled that right) and if it hadn't been for the Iranians would have left office with no harm done! (Except for the economy) Obama has a body count on his screwups; Fast & Furious, Benghazi; so he gets to sit just above Mr. Buchanan as Worst President Ever!

For months, Democratic strategists have implored the Obama campaign to roll out a robust second-term agenda.  Team Obama has declined, opting instead to pursue a puzzling "stay the course" message.  Following the second debate, Republicans began turning up the heat on the same issue.
